Just did my first 100k month last month doing only OA, only up from here, been scaling every month. Focusing on these 3 things for 2025.

1. Get 100% Hands off with OA, train VAs to fully manage it.

2. Start reaching out to more wholesale/distributors.

3. Get my foot into Amazon Japan, because it is getting very popular over there right now and will give me a reason to b able to keep traveling over there.

Quickest ways I know to increase revenue:

1. Raise prices
2. Ask for referrals
3. Upsell existing customers
4. Downsell prospects who said no because of price
5. Partner with someone that serves your same customer and send each other leads

My next big thing I am working on is finding a local service based business with an old guy looking to retire. Currently in the process of due diligence for a small business deal.

Yes. Been starting to realize that I just enjoy building businesses and then creating systems.

Sure I may lose more money or may not by just going deeper into the same thing. But I truly enjoy diving headfirst into unknown businesses. Learning everything about it. Make it run without me. And then try to grow it

@addkiwii Well I have a pretty good idea on what credit cards to use for what and don’t really spend money on random stuff.

I have made $25,000 in credit card cash back this YEAR!

Let that sink in.

If you learn a little about credit cards and use the benefits fully. It is crazy. Also non-taxable.

Let me know what you guys have learned or if anyone has some small tips or tricks on credit cards.

But I think the main thing is just to know what give the most cash back percentage back in what categories, and then just maxxing out those categories on those cards.

You can also leverage credit cards with 0% APR to fund your business if need be as well.

Just don't spend more than you can pay back! And calculate your risks!

At my last warehouse I had a mattress on the floor of my office and would literally sleep there overnight when it was busy.

Stuff like this kept me motivated, because I knew I was giving it my all, and knew I was literally going to try my absolute hardest to not fail.

If you keep trying and learning every day, it is unreasonable to fail.

Cannot talk about how much just joining coaching programs and paid communities have helped me.

Still pay for some to this day!!

Drives me crazy when people call it a scam, if it truly was a scam, it was your fault for even paying for it without doing the research in the first place!

The simplest path I know to get rich....

1. Buy a small business.
2. Use outside $ or seller financing.
3. Add a website, social, reviews.
4. Raise your prices.
5. Add a subscription option.
6. Offer more services to same clients.
7. Buy a competitor and repeat.

Sell your business for 2-3x more in 3 years.

Absolutely love being able to just go straight from my bed, right to my laptop/work.

Instead of waking up to needing to do something and thinking about it the whole time I get ready, breakfast, and driving into work.
