If I watch a movie or TV show on TV then it shows subtitles, on your platform it doesn't. Pretty frustrating

Hey @Sennheiser, bought some Momentum 3's not so long ago and the left earpiece has started to malfunction; The volume is MUCH lower on the left than on the right, I've tried factory reset which hasn't done the job this time.

What steps can I take for troubleshooting?

@EsportsValen I would recommend using OneDrive or Google Drive that has a sync client you can install to keep your files backed up in the future if possible

Means installing Windows is a little less of a pain in the ass in the future

@EsportsValen Edit your boot order so Usb Flash Drive is first, save and reboot. You should have options to "Repair windows and keep my files"
