@JeniferS76017 @oelma__ I get asked this question nearly every day. I got my septum pierced nearly 30 years ago and still have jewellery in place. Apart from being a little nippy being done at the time I've never had any bother with it. If it hurt, why would anyone keep it in? Constant pain? No thanks!
