@rodemics can someone please contact me, I need to get wireless go 2 recordings from my unit but the central app won’t let me as the versions are not up to date. Updating the version deletes the recordings. A bit of a catch 22 situation!! Please help

@DirectLine there’s nothing direct about it at all. The insurance is completely useless when you actually need to call, get sense from anyone. What a let down, why have insurance and pay a premium when you don’t assist your own customers.

twice in last 5 weeks gone through the sign up for new broadband and both times a week before the switch over @EE have automatically cancelled the order for some reason leaving me expected to re start the process.
@EE All that was said that it was cancelled and it would have to be an entirety new order again from scratch. This is the second time already. Im not starting from scratch again. They would have to re instate the order to compete 22nd feb as agreed or nothing
