@TLRailUK 10:44 trains from Royston to Kings Lynn just left two minutes early! When it’s engineering works and rail replacement buses how is this okay!! Got to now wait 40minutes for the next train to get to Cambridge. Absolutely disgraceful and inconsiderate service.

Sent them back & the return is rejected for them being broken! I can’t talk to a human to get this resolved either. £70 worth of shoes should not break after 5 wears, not the quality expected from the sale. I’m entitled to a refund under UK consumer rights for faulty goods

@ASOS_news absolutely appalling customer service and quality from ASOS. I’m trying to get a refund for a faulty pair of shoes that broke after only wearing five times. Was told I wouldn’t be able to have a refund without sending the items back despite providing evidence 1/2

p.97 DAPI stain @ 96hpf just for an idea of how many cells are around the AA ECs. I could only imagine what they were, maybe immune cells & mucosal cells?

@madina_immuno has some beautiful images focusing on older zebrafish gills & their immune cells.

@ZebrafishRock @HelkerLab Would love to know what the line is! I don’t think I ever saw in my images every single AA loop being surrounded by a cell with vSMC markers. I do know when you do a DAPI stain there are soo many cells surrounding the AA epithelium and vSMC number never accounted for all of them
