@UPS what is going on?!!!!! Spend 2 days waiting for a package..driver doesn't ring the bell and just says they've missed me. 2 days!!! 6 calls to the service center and no call back!!!!!! Never again.

@Fly_Norwegian I've been on the phone for hours with Norwegian air and aeroground and NOBODY can even confirm where my bag is even after I received a text that I was found. On top it seems it will be send to the wrong airport!!! It's seems no one has a clue
