🚨 DO NOT SWITCH TO T-MOBILE – SCAM ALERT! 🚨

I recently switched three phone lines from Verizon to T-Mobile based on a T-Mobile sales rep’s false promise that I would have "very strong signal" in all areas where I needed service. This was a complete lie. Once I activated the lines, I found out that there was ZERO signal in those locations.

Bait and Switch: T-Mobile reps lied to me about coverage just to get a commission.

Hidden Fees: I was charged activation fees for each line, which T-Mobile refused to refund.

Customer Service Nightmare: I spent over 2 hours on the phone with no resolution.

Permanent Financial Loss: I had to return to Verizon, but I lost my grandfathered plan and now pay more than before.

T-Mobile’s sales tactics are deceptive and unethical. If you're thinking about switching, DON’T DO IT! I will be filing complaints with the FTC, BBB, and the Illinois Attorney General for misleading customers with false coverage claims.
