@UberUKI_Support Uber can’t do basic maths so if they mess up your order don’t expect the right amount to be refunded. They seem to be able to rob you blind and then say it’s against “policy” to refund WHAT IS OWED

@UberUKI_Support what is this? I had to push twice to get a refund and you’re still short on the value of the missing items. Then you ignore basic maths. Your support chat is either bots or just awful. It’s not even much money, it’s having to fight this hard to get what I’m owed!
@UberUKI_Support@UberUKI_Support just an update for anyone looking: there has been no response to my follow up, failing to acknowledge that if I just ordered the one item it only would’ve cost £9.80. So they still owe me money. Uber is scam
@UberUKI_Support Value of the missing items was £8.60. So work that out. Thank me for my understanding all you want but that doesn’t change that my understanding is that you are not refunding me correctly. Sort it out.
@Uber refunding me £1.70 when ONE of the missing items was £1.95 and the other was part of a meal doesn’t add up. This level of service is an insult. Fix it at once. I should not pay for this. Having to complain when I should be eating. What is wrong with you!?
@RoyalMail you ignoring requests for redirections now or what? Attempted delivery try Saturday, within MINUTES requested this to be delivered somewhere else, now you’re ignoring that request. Can’t get through to a human as you don’t pick up a phone either. Nice one.

@ubereats_uk Telling your customer that they can’t change the delivery address, only cancel, then charging them to cancel, then telling them AFTER THE FACT that they CAN ask the driver is a scam. Where was that information BEFORE telling me I could only cancel?? DON’T USE UBER 😡
Do NOT order from @ubereats_uk - they change what the app says depending on the status of your order, FORCING you to cancel when there are OTHER options they DON’T tell you about! SCAMMERS
@ubereats_uk how do you tell customers that addresses can’t be changed less than 30 seconds after placing an order, charge them £20 to cancel it, then less than a minute after cancelling you suggest what is in the screenshot!? You need to refund the cancellation fee. SCAMMERS!!
@TfL what is going on with the 492 to Sidcup!? Seen two go to Bluewater at the Elm Road stop. Going to Sidcup however, one didn’t show up at all and other one (30 mins later) is only going as far as Dartford! What is the point in that route!? There’s a million busses doing that
@TheGymGroup My friends and I bought a day pass each for today to use at your gym in Dartford and we were not able to get in. We have had to now go somewhere else because we were on a time limit. No where does it say that you can only use it during certain hours. Need refunds!!
@DeliverooHelp why would your delivery estimate be 20-35 minutes then take an hour before it’s even left the restaurant!? I ordered based on it being somewhat close to the time given. What on earth is the point in an estimate if you’re going to be so wildly inaccurate!?
