@NCLairport @emirates Great to have the EK flight back into NCL today after so long.... smooth and on time. Unlike the baggage return ..so late and no info as to why they couldnt deliver luggage ( and priority bags last) . Thanks NCL airport for showing us, the passengers you couldnt care less...

@emirates Many positive comments here-wish i had one. Less than pleasant surprise on todays Nairobi flight. Moved from my seat to 38G next to someones screaming kids.Thanks for that, so much for my Gold status. Crew response to my help request , a shrug.Thanks - i get the picture

@British_Airways so today started feeling ripped off..your online booking system advised it had a 'problem' processing my payment 3 times yesterday, but works today AFTER the quoted fare went up 35 GBP..how strange. Thanks BA..
