@SophieEB the best ever! Thank you for bringing in the new year with style, flair and passion. I so needed this positive attitude and you so delivered x

[Claire Phipps @Phipps_Claire]

@Auxillis Please improve your customer service and avoid template responses. When my mother reported a claim and informed you her husband had died, addressing your reply to him was inappropriate and insensitive.

@bbceurovision please do a shout out to my brother Michael and his best friend Ian who are watching and both avid fans of Eurovision from Mike’s sister Claire x

@Schwarzenegger just watched the documentary on Netflix of your life. Whilst I knew of you (obviously) you have come across as so humble, hard working and a great person. Your past, your life experiences, passion and drive and how genuine you appear to be. Amazing to learn. ❤️

[Claire Phipps @Phipps_Claire]

@tomhanks thank you. For years my favourite film has been Sleepless, I have a signed poster and have always loved your work. Today I watched A Man Called Otto. I think this is now my favourite film. You made me smile, laugh and cry lots. You made be grateful. Thank you ❤️

Ok, I understand this is a social media platform but really.. if a 'company' can just think it's professional to like a lot of posts, some that are not even relevent to the field of business they apparently work within, just to boost their own profile, how professional! #Blocked

[Claire Phipps @Phipps_Claire]

Wow amazing. Great to see something different and so touching and emotional. I love the different stories and seemed so humble. Shame more couldn’t be put through to the concert. The power of #ThePiano Loved the hosts and their engagement @lang_lang @mikasounds @ClaudiaWinkle

[Claire Phipps @Phipps_Claire]

@SarahLancsUK posted last time about how great you are in #HappyValley and you certainly continue in the latest series. Brilliant ❤️

[Claire Phipps @Phipps_Claire]

@GMB my husband used to be a dog walker and the max he would walk was 2 dogs. But generally it was only one. The dogs were his main concern not greed. Also to be insured correctly you are now allowed to walk more than 4 at a time.

#LeedsBradfordAirport not too bad one hour to drop bag off and through fast track. There are large queues and queuing outside but staff are doing a great job. Especially the man at the front. Now on to Heathrow Terminal 2 which I’m dreading.

It's Business Continuity Awareness Week. Perfect timing for my first digital roadshop. By the end of this week I would have held 50 personal induction sessions, a great privilege to meet a number of colleagues across EMEA and America.

@RoseEGillott Happy to. Although just about to board flight. Message me if you want to.

[Claire Phipps @Phipps_Claire]

@manairport please stop blaming Covid please just resource. Two security gates open. Two hours queue for check-In and 90 minutes to get through security. Not organised and customers having to sort out the queuing 😡can’t easily get food yet more queues.
