Completing my #Oliverscampaign mandatory training. Absolutely in tears. Will definitely be incorporating hands off approaches for imaging training to our staff and trainees. @PaulaMc007 you are incredible, we need to be better for our autistic and learning disabled patients.

Looking for advice on how I can learn more about #resourceplanning in #clinicaleducation and #educationalneedsstrategy any advice or directions to look in would be greatly appreciated whilst I try to wrap my head around this new role!

@YHarcus Thank you. I definitely want to try create some sort of feedback system to make sure we’re giving them what they actually need. I want to look at making access to pebblepad and becoming a clinical assessor mandatory as they struggle to complete portfolios
