Frame running is an adaptive activity and Para sport event within athletics for people with movement and balance restrictions to enjoy moving in the frame and get access to physical activity.

Framing Mobility will bring this to people in South Africa.

New paper published in @BJSM reporting the epidemiology of injury and illness at the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games. The lowest injury and illness rates yet recorded at a Paralympic Winter Games.

New paper published in @AJPMR reporting the second PROPEL study which showed that Para athletes from northern and southern countries have a high prevalence of poor sleep. Screening and prevention efforts should be expanded and prioritised.
