আমি অনুরোধ করবো ভাষণ দিতে গিয়ে বেকার বড়ো বড়ো হুমকি ধমকি না দিয়ে কাজ করুন। ভালো কাজ করলে মানুষ এমনিই ভালোবাসা দেবে। আসলে বেকার ডায়লগবাজি শুনে শুনে মানুষ তেতবিরক্ত। তাই এমন কথাই বলুন, যেটা আপনি করতে পারবেন।
এমনিতেও বাংলা প্রাচীন প্রবাদ বাক্য বলে "আমাদের দেশে হবে সেই ছেলে কবে,

Kolkata Police have filed FIR against two journalists and members of the editorial team of Anandabazar Patrika following a formal complaint.

The action stems from a front-page headline concerning political clashes at Jadavpur University, which used the Bengali phrase “গেরুয়া গুন্ডামি” (Gerua Gundami), translated as “saffron hooliganism.”

- Soma Mukherjee — Chief Reporter
- Others from the editorial team

Sections Invoked :
The police case reportedly invokes the following provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS):

- Section 196 : Promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion.
- Section 299 : Deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings.
- Section 352 : Intentional insult with intent to provoke a breach of the peace.
- Section 3(5) : Joint criminal liability.

Complainant's Argument :
The complainant argued that “saffron” is a sacred religious symbol associated with renunciation and sacrifice, and that pairing the term with “hooliganism” hurts the religious sentiments of millions of Hindus 🕉, rather than merely constituting criticism of a political group.
