@TexpertProbs Sounds to me like that store’s entire leadership team needs to go too. Customers actually threatened and ASSAULTED this employee and leadership just sent him to the back or home rather than have the customer removed? I’d have all the managers fired in this suit too.
I give it another month, two TOPS before we end up back in Amber+ with the way this is going so far. Three to four before ESF if we don’t get this under control real fast. 🥲

@idontmissapple1 I once had a customer at my last job buy a $2500 drone. They flew it, it got stuck in a tree, and when they couldn’t eat it down they tried to demand that I either refund or exchange the drone. I had to explain to them several times I can’t return an item they don’t even have. 🥲
And if you think artists like Lil Nas X and Cardi B were EVER for kids and their target audience was kids, *you* REALLY dropped the ball. Cardi’s lyrics were raunchy WELL before “WAP” and you definitely did not even LISTEN to “Old Town Road.” 😬
Artists should not censor themselves to cater to your children. That is YOUR job. Maybe learn how to use the screen time feature on your devices to set content limits before handing them to your children then. 🤷♀️
