@FrankOneDigital @_evanblass_ @UniverseIce @sammygurus @fahadalijaved @theonecid @BuligaDavidCri1 @F15Mechanic63 @thatjoshguy @jspring86az @Kailash0729 @smasithick Wonderful. A great gift for experimenting. My models are a bit boring, but don't blow the whistle too loudly. ;D

@FrankOneDigital @_evanblass_ @UniverseIce @sammygurus @fahadalijaved @theonecid @BuligaDavidCri1 @F15Mechanic63 @thatjoshguy @jspring86az @Kailash0729 @smasithick Yes. But right now I'm designing more hardware (larger industrial machines) and doing less visualization.

@_evanblass_ @FrankOneDigital @UniverseIce @sammygurus @fahadalijaved @theonecid @BuligaDavidCri1 @F15Mechanic63 @thatjoshguy @jspring86az @Kailash0729 @smasithick Not quite two decades.🥲I turned 40 this year, but I only got into 3D visualization in my early twenties. Before that, I couldn't even figure out the free photo editing software that came with my scanner. ;D

@FrankOneDigital @_evanblass_ @UniverseIce @sammygurus @fahadalijaved @theonecid @BuligaDavidCri1 @F15Mechanic63 @thatjoshguy @jspring86az @Kailash0729 @smasithick Back then, I used Rhino and KeyShot (which are popular tools for industrial designers) 😇

@iDesigner3D But also more fingerprints 🤭

THE DUO TIME HAS COME!
The most loved Compact Camera on Android is coming to all iPhone devices, straight to the version 2.0 + C2PA at the highest level of security!
+
Same version will be released to all Android users the same day, and it includes unique new features!

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

@CidySean @EuromaidanPress The funny thing is, the story doesn't end there. The Iranians got the concept from the Israelis, and the Israelis got it from the German company Dornier, which developed the DAR drone.

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

@Strien9 Es gäbe mit "Steady" noch eine europäische Substack-Alternative. DSGVO-Konform mit verschiedenen Monetarisierungsmöglichkeiten. Vielleicht ist das ja etwas für dich. :)

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

@Daniel_Rubino My whole twitter "online identity" is based on this myth. It's nice to finally see the device in reality. 🥹

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

Comparing the leaked iPhone Ultra to the Fold 8 I actually prefer the Fold especially when closed. More symmetry and sharper corners make it feel calmer and more balanced.

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

Wondering if the love for the Fold 8's aspect ratio (my favorite foldable shape for ages) is genuine, or just hype because Apple is about to launch a foldable with the same form factor in a few months. 🥲

[VWFNDR™ @VWFNDRcamera]

MBL V1.1 IS OUT!

LENS SWITCHING
x3 FASTER
WIDER DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
LOTS OF BUG FIXES!

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

@li_hbr @IH_is_the_name @VWFNDRcamera It would be cool if digital "zoom" worked. Instead of upscaling, maybe just crop the image as you take the photo. I find zooming through the viewfinder really helpful for finding the right shots—cropping afterward just feels a bit wrong to me. :')

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

I still like to think there’s a real Ferrari hiding under that outer shell. 😅

[VWFNDR™ @VWFNDRcamera]

REAL PHOTOGRAPHY MUST REMAIN IN PEOPLE'S HANDS

Today, we are launching VWFNDR™ + MBL, a compact camera for everyone.

A camera you always carry should work like a camera, not as a computational filter, not as an AI image generator, but as a tool for intentional photography.

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

@nuevo_tokyo You did an absolutely amazing job with this! The way you can change the aspect ratio and the seamless transition into the gallery are so thoughtfully designed.
Dumb question, is there a way to change the focal length? (even if it's just digitally)

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

@tanujnotes I like its friendly simplicity. Well done!

[Tanuj @tanujnotes]

Pentastic has crossed 10,000 downloads in less than 5 months with excellent ratings! 🥳

Would be nice if it crossed 50k by the year end. Not likely but one can dream. 😀

[Jonas Daehnert @PhoneDesigner]

@evleaks Thank you so much for everything, Evan. It’s always been a pleasure working with you. I’ve learned so much from you and gained a lot of valuable insights. It’s been a wonderful experience. I wish you all the best in the next chapter of your life. :')
