@eatery1234 Yes, that’s the problem. It can take more than a week because it must be sent to Poland. So it’s not ideal position for me because I have no time to test new device if I like it or not after being 12 years on iOS.

Contacted google customer service and oh well, I can authorise payment £1099 to get phone replaced before sending back defective one or use warranty but will probably loose 14 days policy to return
@eatery1234 When you’re buying device online, you have the right to return device in 14 days regulated by customer law protection. I’m from UK and my device will be sent to Poland because they don’t have a warehouse in UK then after inspection they will send a new one.
@durreadan01 I would prefer this rather than that on my pixel! Arrived yesterday and already needs to be send back. Not a great experience so far with #GooglePixel9 series! Customer service it’s a massive difference compared to Apple.
Need to send back first old one to get new one or pay!
@Tomasz22727847 No nie było, teraz też dopiero zrozumiałem poziom obsługi klienta pomiędzy Google i Apple. Apple nie jest święte ale nigdy nie postawili mnie przed takim wyborem jak Google. Nawet wymienili urządzenie dawno po gwarancji w ramach wyjątku bez opłat.

Even when I’ve experienced some issues with Apple devices I’ve never was let down by Apple. With this phone google made it clear, send under warranty and wait for new (loose 14 days return)
I think it’s my first attempt to leave @Apple and use what I thought one of the best android premium phones. Because it doesn’t feel premium with this experience @GoogleUK@Google.

And the part if I will replace device under warranty at no cost. I need to send this device first then it will be inspected and new one will be sent to me. Yeah all good but it will take time and that means that my 14 days to return item if I done like will be shorter or gone.

It’s my first experience with google pixel and not the nicest one! Why one earth this device can’t be replaced without leaving me with no phone? Well it is but you want to take on hold £1099 on my bank account? You can clearly see it’s manufacture issue.
