@UlsterRugby His face says it all! #suftum

[Prof. Feynman @ProfFeynman]

If you cannot explain something in simple terms, you don't understand it.

@tes @CallumCMason And in NI

[Animated Science - Daniel Powell @animatedsci]

It's a sad truth that many students will not be taught Physics by a teacher who has a Physics #degree. Time we looked after those who have chosen to stay and try and create more #Physicists for the benefit of humankind. #Pay and #autonomy are key to this.

@Melanie4kids @Walmart As a physicist I'm more concerned with the misrepresentation of the wavelengths in the visible spectrum than the wrong use of you're/ your!

[BA_Physics @PhysicsBA]

@JammyPhysics @ChatPhysics CCEA. There is another exam board in the UK!

[BA_Physics @PhysicsBA]

Year 11 successfully proved the principle of moments today in #physics, (with great enthusiasm!). Well done Harry and Otis! ⁦@ballymenaacadem⁩

@angeladunn6 Like when I was reading my son the famous five books and they decided to go down to the post office to look up the address of someone in the phone book...and my son said "Why didn't they just Google it"?

@AnotherMissPhys

[BA_Physics @PhysicsBA]

@AnotherMissPhys No problem. Don't know where that question is from. Did the calculation work out or would you like a detailed solution?

[BA_Physics @PhysicsBA]

@AnotherMissPhys It is a mistake in the question. It should be asking for the number of electrons ejected from the surface. Photons, (from the light source), are absorbed by the metal causing photoelectrons to be ejected from the metal.

@jamesymcc @GalgormCastle @rossiogolf Super photos...two great boys!

[BA_Physics @PhysicsBA]

Well said. 👏

These kindle editions of Head start to A-Level maths and physics are currently free from Amazon. Might help with transition to AS Level next year!

[BA_Physics @PhysicsBA]

@jamesymcc I spent ages trying to work out the code in the blocks! 😂

[BA_Physics @PhysicsBA]

@ballymenaacadem Fantastic! 👏👏👏

Previously unreleased photo of Albert #Einstein trying to get away with a speeding ticket. It shows an argument involving "inertial frames of reference" and "relativistic velocities"! #physics #relativity
(He actually never learned to drive!)
