A necessary evil for every discipline IMHO.

I think tests should be short and never longer than a day with generous deadlines.

Personally, I think tests can be a good and unbiased way of hiring, especially in such a small industry where "I know a guy" matters.

There are many people with epilepsy who cannot drive and rely on public transport. But in many parts of the UK it is unreliable. People in many places also cannot use their disabled person's bus pass before 9.30am. @transportgovuk & @mark_j_harper need to address this problem.

@NanaGameDev Just do it. If you get home/finish and intend to play a game, invest the energy on a project. Sometimes it's draining and best not to burn yourself out. I find inspiration fuels motivation, which can be an important factor.
