I will be teaching some colleagues who are new to programming about Snap! I made a little trailer video as a teaser. #physicswithsnap https://t.co/IA27ezpZIo
Some 9th grade honors physics students are not in love with using Snap! After probing I surmised they are not impressed because we are using Snap! to do physics we already did on paper. Also, Snap! is foreign turf here they are not perfect. Work to do, yet.
@brianwfrank The black student said "All Lives Matter." Ironic. If you were to bring up the BLM movement, that issue fits in a discussion of systematic error/bias. What else explains 12% of the pop. being 35% of prison pop. ?
@Misterfizzx And similar when coding for CV vehicle? Good stuff. I think coding can be a featured mode of teaching/learning physics. Thanks for sharing.
I teach physics, but I love the engagement when I employ Snap! Today's new application of Snap! squeezed more juice from the standard motion lab. Read blog post at https://t.co/d2L75FkFaO
The new school year begins! I am optimistic about my evolving approach to weave Snap! into my physics teaching. Here is my new blog entry providing details on Snap!-based exercises as an upgrade to a static worksheet...https://t.co/nVuVMfzX7H
I can't wait for the day my new 9th grade students walk in my room expecting to use a visual block language to learn. This curve can't get too steep. Looking good.
Hello world! I am ready for this semester’s run using Snap! in my physics class. There is now a website that links to my blog. Check it out at https://t.co/9dmhaJzZGS
@fnoschese@brianwfrank @CGordonPVHS @jim_deane@MissMLMedrano@Tweetlahuac @clyminghawk I like this. Fly in the ointment, for me, is separation between N2L and the other two. I just reshaped things to address this. It is never perfect. Thanks for the food for thought.
Snap! can be used to guide student thinking in an application of Snap! Perfect for blended learning. Here is a 2.5 min. video demo. https://t.co/k6uigqGmla

@NicoleUSVI I really wish I could be there for your presentation. Let me know if there is any on-line representation of what is being presented. Best wishes.
