Why So Few Women in STEM?
Some of the reasons why there hasn't been an increase of women in STEM are the lack of role models, stereotype threat and implicit bias. We can be able to change statistics by spreading the word about women's achievements

in math and science, understanding the role of implicit bias, mentorship, providing early STEM learning to girls, among others.
It is important to recognize the problem and take action.
