@MichaelRayDC For curiosity, how do you feel about symptom modification tests with the scapula/Tsp etc? Useful clinically? I don’t pay any attention to kinematics personally but I find value in using modification procedures to prioritize exercise therapy selection. Would love to hear thoughts

@daschaser I usually wrinkle my nose at most of these new and trendy txs. If the purported effects of new and trendy option match with your clinical practice style and outcomes you are seeking with your pt. I start with n=1 and go from there, and make sure all tx plans include multimodal

@RoyFilmDPT @AussieLouie @chadcookpt A Canadian license is portable to all provinces but we must pay provincial licensing fees. Regs different in each province in terms of scope of practice. For US states could still collect, could just have local jurisprudence exam?
