A few papers that advocate this but @mBourne5's may be my favourite. Working my way through papers currently will be sure to dive into Messer's. @thecspstudents From having a student these things are key. There also needs to be an acceptance, and provision for the fact, that doing it this way does take more time (certainly on placement, and likely with uni studies also).

@thecspstudents Invest time in contact from university team to students, 'buddy' people up with other students so they have someone to vent their concerns to and not feel alone, group peer learning and study opportunities so they can get used to working in a team virtually and provide...

@thecspstudents ...opportunities to be proactive in achieving the above. And remind them it's normal to find this new process hard, and that support is there encourage them. Physios are innovative problem solvers. Let this be an opportunity to develop that skill.
