Former practising solicitor; mum to three gorgeous boys; one half of a SEN warrior team; socialist and personal servant to a black & white and tabby cat.
Would you seriously trust a party that wants to repeal the Equality Act, Strip back workers rights, Lift restrictions on exploitative zero-hours contracts and Legalize "fire and rehire" tactics with your human rights? It would be like handing a kitten over to a hungry crocodile
Danish Pension Fund Blacklists SpaceX. Previously, dumped Tesla, US Treasuries.
It says Spacex is “grossly overvalued”, and has “catastrophic governance structure”, as Musk strives to be a trillionaire.
Any chance of City of London growing a backbone?

Today I ‘interviewed’ Facebook whistleblower on stage at Hay…& she couldn’t say a word.
Facebook took legal action to prevent her speaking. What pathetic, pointless vindictiveness.

It has come to my attention that some providers delivering the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training are charging NHS & social care organisations excessive & unjustifiable fees
The focus must remain on ensuring that the training is accessible affordable & available
First Matt Badloss in Gorton and Denton and now this absolute clown. Not sure Reform could run a country when they have such an issue with candidate selection
Palantir’s UK mouthpiece has been uncritically platformed the BBC (multiple times), the Sun, the Times, the Observer & now the Evening Standard.
It’s a really instructive lesson for everyone on how power works & the role the media plays
I can add something concrete to this. Palantir is a named donor to the Tony Blair Institute. Laura Gilbert works for TBI. Tonight she'll be on a panel with the minister who oversees a government that just handed Palantir a three-year MoD contract, signed on 30 December, Parliament in recess, no competitive tender. I obtained the contract this morning.

The Times & the Telegraph now in full grip of Misan derangement syndrome. Send help.
It’s almost as if a black man with outspoken views on Gaza is some sort of target? 🤔
In the last twenty years, mega-donations to political parties from the super-rich haven’t just doubled.
They haven’t just trebled.
They’ve gone up sevenfold.
And that money isn’t generosity.
It’s to buy influence so politicians serve their interests, not our constituents.
@DanNeidle@enlightened81 Overtime earnings are derived from a contract of employment.
Earnings from employment are taxable. Taxable earnings attract NI contributions. NI contributions feed into pension. It is part of the social contract. Reform ‘policies’ are gimmicks. This is another one of them.
