@SandyofSuffolk Neither benefits or attention seeking with my child. SEN caused by a stroke as a toddler. No label wanted just the right support to ensure they have the same shot at life as someone who doesn't have SEN. Your comment makes me sad for his future. Disgusting.
@forwardnotback I am so sorry to hear your news. Your quizzes always brought my family together. First discovered in lockdown and never left. You have brought so much joy. Thank you. Sending love.
@TheNorfolkLion@DirkBruere@grok CP can cause strokes in children up to 12 months post infection. With my child it was 5 months. Reason for admittance to hospital - stroke - no mention of the cause of CP (this was discovered after further tests). Caution should be exercised when looking at stats.
@beverleyturner@wesstreeting My healthy child had a stroke following CP. I belong to a large group of parents/carers whose children also had a stroke due to CP. My child now requires lifelong support. Take the vaccine, it's not worth the consequences.
@Shetlander1978@DrRJWebb Trouble is, I expect hospitalisation caused by CP aren't recognised as such. My child had a stroke 5 months post CP. Admitted due to stroke and recorded as such, but it was CP which was the cause of the stroke.
@DrRJWebb 100% agree. The Dept of Health should be talking about the dangers of CP. My child had a stroke caused by chickenpox. That is the reason for the vaccine. CP has lifelong consequences.
@ShakinthatChalk Thank you - agree there is always a cause. In our case...5 years disruptive behaviour was a significant language disorder. Took to Year 4 when tests were commissioned. Unable to follow more than 2 or 3 instructions, unable to remember pre-teaching. No wonder the disruption.
@John_Dabell You are already well ahead of the game compared to last week. We will all keep sending words of encouragement because we know you are a trooper. Keep going. Small steps, until suddenly you are a giant leap ahead. Sending every good wish.
@JacquiThornton1@darrengrimes This is a top tweet! I encourage him to apply...then he might get an idea of how hard it is to get. Especially the higher rate. What an absolute disgusting individual he is.
@DebbieP62692189@MichaelRosenYes In my borough there are over 1300 children with SEN who do not have a school placement. There are not enough local specialist schools. My child goes to a school 20 miles away.
@Scotsvix@stewybabe30@Bbmorg Thank you. Your message is really appreciated especially given the whole heap of negativity on here towards children who have SEN. My child continues to make the right progress and I am working to give him every opportunity he deserves.
@JonathanPieNews To him women are expendable, only good enough for his own gratification. In another life how would he have felt had his daughter had been a prostitute or trafficked.
Is your dad or someone else you love stuck in a Reform UK-hole? Hereβs a handy little video from our very own Cody Dahler to try and pull them out of it...
@EbinMemes22@Bbmorg I wouldn't be able to work. The school is 20 miles away. The only school that can meet needs. I would need l go on benefits just to be able to take my child to school. Fairly sure Reform don't want that.
@1234_zola@andrew10612@EarthDetect@TiceRichard Correct, however, they aren't the children who receive the transport. It is those who are in schools many miles away (as the school which the council named) who get the transport.
