Congrats to newly graduated PhD @PierreEdinger on his latest paper on a #MEMS tunable #silicon#photonics ring resonator. The device is sealed in a vacuum cavity and survives over 4 billion cycles. Great collaboration of #horizon2020@H2020_Morphic

I am searching for two highly motivated PhD students to work on quantum photonics with color centers: https://t.co/MbFBs0da1X
Today we have the final review meeting of the @H2020_Morphic project. While an in-person meetign would be even better, we are still enthusiastic to discuss our exciting results, and looking forward to take these to the next level in the @Phormic_EU project.
I had a great first day at @CLEOConf, particularly during the special session on Micro-and Nanomechanical Photonic ICs ! #CLEO22
If you'd like to see more #photonic#MEMS, I'll be presenting a low-power MEMS add-drop ring resonator, a recent result from @H2020_Morphic on Friday!
Great news! The work of @H2020_Morphic will continue into the @HorizonEU project @Phormic_EU. We will be combining our silicon photonic MEMS technology with transfer-printed lasers to enable the next generation of large-scale programmable photonic circuits.
