Every time I wear my Spyder t-shirt, I can feel the open-source calling.
It brings back great memories of @SciPyConf & @PyDataParis β and the vibrant community around it. πβ¨
Thanks again to the #Spyder team and @CAM_Gerlach for the shirt and the spirit that comes with it!
Yesterday, @OSXP_Paris, I had the pleasure of presenting DataLab (https://t.co/cKd5wnIhXm), the open-source platform for processing/visualizing scientific/technical data.
A fantastic opportunity to share one of Codraβs Scientific Software projects with a passionate community! π
π DataLab v0.18.0 is out! π
DataLab is your open-source platform for signal and image analysis. It's a complementary tool for your IDE and Jupyter notebooks, and it's extendable with Python scripts, and remote-controllable (from anything).

Spyder is 15 years old!!! ππ
π₯³ We had a lovely meeting to celebrate this huge milestone with many past and present team members!
They've contributed not only the code but also the ideas, docs, tutorial videos and more that make Spyder what it is today! Thank you all! π
DataLab, the open-source Python πplatform for signal/image processing, is now available as a Conda packageπ https://t.co/pmA8ZE0u9G.
@datalabplatform will be @PyDataParis 2024 conference: come see how it integrates with your favorite IDE (preferably @Spyder_IDE) or notebook!
This September, I attended the @PyDataParis 2024 conference organized by @QuantStack . I had a great time, met some interesting people, learned a lot, and gave a talk on @datalabplatform.
Here's my humble/non-objective feedback on the conference: https://t.co/12DKKf3tZE.
@rarts_ruby @datalabplatform @PyDataParis@Spyder_IDE Unfortuntely, it doesn't work on Windows, but that's not Pixi's fault: apparently, the OpenCV Windows Conda package is broken... π₯Ή
