Lactose intolerant?
Think again before you write dairy off for life.
You never had a test. You had one bad evening after a plastic bottle of semi-skimmed, and you passed sentence in your own kitchen.
Look at the defendant properly.
The fat had been taken out. Fat is the brake on how fast milk leaves your stomach, so the sugar arrived all at once.
What fat was left had been blasted into globules that have never existed in any field on earth.
And the breed was almost certainly Holstein, carrying A1 beta-casein. A1 has gone head to head with A2 in trials, on people exactly like you, with the lactose held level. It lost on bloating and discomfort.
Then there is everything the heat took out.
Raw milk leaves the animal carrying its own live culture. Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, Leuconostoc. Those bacteria eat lactose for a living, and the enzyme they use to do it is lactase. The exact enzyme you have decided you do not have.
It is why raw milk sours and pasteurised milk rots. Souring is a culture doing its job. Rotting is what happens to something with no defences left in it.
Live yoghurt already proves the point. It improves lactose digestion in people who cannot handle milk, and the evidence was strong enough that European regulators approved the claim outright. The mechanism is bacterial lactase. Raw milk is that same culture, before anybody killed it.
Goat is better still.
Goat milk is A2 by nature, with no A1 in it at all. The fat globules are naturally small, so nobody has to smash them on your behalf. There is less lactose in it to begin with.
Find a farm. Have a glass, cold.
Hear the case properly this time.
Leaving the ECHR is not a policy. It is the beginning of one. Brussels will retaliate. Agreements may collapse. A trade war could follow. Are our politicians prepared to cut taxes, reform welfare, ditch net zero and make Britain economically powerful enough to fight back? Slogans will not save us.
Low-hanging fruit?
When you were a kid, if you asked your mother if you could have dessert, did she ever send you out into the garden, telling you "If you can pick it, you can have it".
No, nor did mine.
Something else I don't believe: Meghan recently revealed Archie and Lilibet sell produce from their garden at a local farmer's market so that they understand the 'value of things'.
Surely someone's taken a photo of the back of their heads by now at the very public market.
🚨 THEY'RE DEMOLISHING A CHURCH THAT'S STOOD SINCE 1861!!
St Edmund's Church in Bolton is expected to be knocked down this October after experts ruled it wasn't viable to reopen. This is just sad.
For over 165 years it served local families and became an important part of the town's history. Soon, all that will be left is an empty site.
You can't help but wonder if more could've been done to save it.
FAUCI CAUGHT ON TAPE: "When you make it difficult for people in their lives, they lose their ideological BS and they get VACCINATED."
"You want to come to this college, buddy? You're going to get VACCINATED."
"Big corporations like Amazon and Facebook are going to say, you want to work for us? You get VACCINATED."
These are the words of a deranged PSYCHOPATH.

HORRIFYING: 5-year-old develops severe Autism after court-forced vaccines.
A Tennessee judge's ultimatum during a custody battle led to a child receiving 18 VACCINES in ONE DAY. After vaccination, Isaac was hospitalized in ICU for 12 days, 106 degree fever, then severe Autism.
Spinach carries around 750 milligrams of oxalate per 100 grams. Anyone who has passed a stone is told to keep the whole day under 50.
Oxalate binds calcium and drops out of solution as a crystal. The crystal is sharp. Sharp was the point.
Eighty percent of kidney stones are calcium oxalate.
The kidney is only the first address.
It deposits in bone.
In bone marrow, where it can shut down the production of blood.
In the walls of arteries.
In the conduction system of the heart, which is how it causes arrhythmia.
In the retina.
In the skin, as ulcers that will not heal.
In the thyroid, the nerves and the joints.
No enzyme in the human body breaks oxalate down. Whatever gets absorbed either leaves through the kidney or stays where it lands.
Highest loads in the shop: spinach, chard, beetroot, rhubarb, almonds, chia, cocoa powder, wheat bran.
Meat, eggs, fish, butter, cheese: zero.
Rhubarb leaves killed people in 1917 and got a warning label.
Spinach carries just as much and got a cartoon sailor.

It’s that time of year again! Grouse counting, we have left ours a bit later this year as the weather was just too hot!
Joe Rogan's wildlife biologist guest goes on a "f*cking tirade" about how the Gates Foundation "absolutely collapsed" one of Africa's most abundant fisheries that feeds millions of people, all in the name of "avoiding malaria."
The more he talks, the angrier he gets.
FORREST GALANTE: "Do you know what they did fucking in the Cahora Bassa Delta with their mosquito nets?"
ROGAN: "No. What'd they do?"
GALANTE: "Dude, I'm gonna go on a f*cking tirade here."
ROGAN: "Please do."
GALANTE: "Okay, so the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation decided that there was too much malaria in Africa, right? Which you and I could probably agree with. Malaria is bad. So what did they do? They gave all of these people living in tribal villages.
"I totally pirated your thing. I'm sorry, but I'm gonna go on a fucking rant here. They gave all these people living in the Cahora Bassa Delta, which is the breadbasket of the Zambezi Valley, meaning, like, where more fish are born. It's a nursery for fish. Right. Not just there, but this is a good micro example.
"They gave millions of mosquito nets out to all these people to 'avoid malaria.' Guess what the people who are starving to death did with their mosquito nets? They fished with them. They fished with them. Mosquito net has a hole that is so small that a mosquito can't get through. So guess what?
"These mosquito nets now indiscriminately catch tiny baby fish in areas like Cahora Bassa, where the fish go to breed and reproduce and populate. So now all of a sudden, you have thousands and thousands of people that have been handed nets that have been living one way for hundreds of thousands of years.
"They don't give a sh*t about malaria. They have their own way of dealing with malaria. They sit in smoky huts at night, they sleep with a campfire. Everything else, yes, they still get malaria, some of them, but they deal with it their own way. Bill Melinda Gates Foundation come in, hand out millions of mosquito nets, absolutely collapse the entire population of fish that feed millions of people.
"Because these people just take the nets and fish all the baby fish out so that those fish don't grow up to make substantial protein sources. So now these wonderful 'philanthropists' that have given out millions of nets, have destroyed an ecosystem, crashed a fish population and created widespread hunger for people that otherwise had plenty of resources, all because they were trying to 'help' with their mosquito nets."
ROGAN: "Oh, God."
GALANTE: "It's just like. It's a f*cking disaster, dude. They've taken such a rich and important part of Africa, one of the most abundant freshwater fisheries in the world, and destroyed it. Because they're 'helping' by handing out mosquito nets."
ROGAN: "Good God."
GALANTE: "Yeah, I know. Sorry. I told you I'd go on a rant, but it's like, it's so bad what's happened over there. And they're still giving out mosquito nets, by the way. And you literally watch these guys line up, take a mosquito net, and it never goes in their house. It goes straight to catching fish that are this big [tiny] for them to eat."
ROGAN: "Oh, God…"
Britain is a Christian country with its own history, heroes and culture. Those who come here are free to practice their faith—but they must respect and assimilate into ours. Politicians afraid of the “culture war” have already surrendered. It is the most important fight we must win.
The Dutch government is running TV ads asking citizens to limit their electricity usage between 4pm and 9pm because the grid might collapse.
This is what happens when ideology replaces engineering. The Netherlands tore down its stable, gas-based system and replaced it with intermittent wind and solar that surge and fade with the weather.
They provide no inertia, no stored energy and no steady baseline. And modern grids can't cope. Lines are overloaded. Companies can't connect. Homes and EV charges are being turned away. And operators are even shutting down wind farms to avoid surging blackouts.
The cost to the Dutch economy is estimated to be 35 billion euros a year. And growing.
The promise was clean, abundant power. The reality? One of Europe's richest nations is now effectively rationing electricity.
We just caught French authorities doing nothing to stop illegal immigrants - in fact they handed out life jackets and waved them a cheery goodbye.
Shabana Mahmood’s deal is not working.
The only thing stopping crossings is the weather

🚨BREAKING: A revolutionary new cancer treatment called Histotripsy is showing incredible promise by literally liquefying tumors using focused sound waves—no surgery, no chemo, and no radiation needed.
Developed by pioneers Dr. Zhen Xu and the late Dr. Charles Cain at the University of Michigan, this FDA-approved technology is now being used at leading hospitals like Johns Hopkins and the Cleveland Clinic.
How it works:
- A robotic arm delivers precise high-intensity ultrasound waves straight to the tumor.
- These waves create tiny gas bubbles inside cancer cells that rapidly expand and collapse.
- The mechanical force destroys the tumor cells, turning the mass into liquid debris that the body naturally clears away.
- It also appears to stimulate the immune system to better recognize and attack remaining cancer cells.
- Because it relies on mechanical disruption rather than heat or radiation, it spares healthy surrounding tissue.
Patients often undergo the quick outpatient procedure and go home the same day. It is currently treating liver tumors, with trials expanding to kidney and brain cancers.
This could be a game-changer in the fight against cancer.
🇬🇧✍️ 1.3 million signatures. Most of these people could not vote. But they could sign. 🇬🇧 🏴✍️
Britain, 1833. The trade in human beings was already outlawed, but slavery itself was not.
Hundreds of thousands remained enslaved across the Caribbean colonies. Parliament had debated it for years and done little.
So it was not Parliament that moved first. It was the country.
️ In factory towns, mill workers queued on their one free hour. In rural villages, labourers signed after church, some marking an X because they had never been taught to write their name. In Scottish highland settlements and Welsh valleys, whole communities added their names. People signed in public houses, in assembly rooms, at market stalls.
Nobody was paid to sign. Nobody was made to. Most of them had no property, and so no vote. Women had no vote at all. They queued anyway, and put their name to it.
👩 Women organised a petition entirely their own. Over 187,000 women signed the women's national petition, a separate document carried alongside the general one.
📜 Town by town, the count climbed. In the end, the total stood at 1.3 million signatures, carried to London by road, river and rail, and piled at the doors of Parliament higher than a man. Members of the Commons had never seen anything like it.
Politicians had not led this. They had followed it.
⚖️ Within months, Parliament passed the Slavery Abolition Act. It promised freedom throughout the British Empire, and more than 800,000 enslaved people began to be freed. But freedom did not come all at once: the law bound most of them to years more unpaid labour first, a period it called apprenticeship. Full freedom for most did not arrive until 1838.
Back in Britain, nobody who signed had done it for reward. Most of them would never sit in Parliament themselves. They had no ballot to cast, only a name to give. And the name they gave was enough to move the law of the land.

1.3 million people signed a law they had no vote to make.

Wait… Male only golf clubs challenged
In court as sexist, men only private clubs forced to admit women, female only schools expected to accommodate boys who identify as girls…
But Muslim men only halal student accommodation, is absolutely fine and celebrated as diversity?
Help me understand the “it’s ok to segregate” principle.
Breaking news from the delivery room: Parents are saying “No thanks” to the standard newborn protocol.
More moms and dads are declining the routine vitamin K shot, Hep B vaccine at birth, and the whole “just in case” bundle. Refusal rates have skyrocketed in the last year — and it’s not rebellion. It’s research.
When mom tests negative for Hep B and baby isn’t heading into a high-risk lifestyle on day one, many families are asking: Why poke a brand-new human with toxic injections they do not need?
The Hep-B injection gained FDA & CDC approval from only 5 days of 'safety monitoring' of only 147 children, and no saline placebo was used... that is not a safety study.
The synthetic Vitamin K injection is just that... it is NOT a natural food sourced real vitamin. It is a synthetic lab created chemical... which carries a BLACK BOX WARNING in the package insert for seizures, anaphylaxis and death.
This is **informed consent** in action. Parents protecting their littlest ones by questioning the script instead of blindly following it.
A quiet, powerful shift toward trusting our bodies’ natural design.
If you’re in the “do your own homework” camp, this one feels like a win.
Burn old, woody heather in spring, and by summer the new growth comes back four times richer in nitrogen and three times richer in phosphorus. Researchers have measured it.
As heather ages it locks the moor's scarce nutrients into tough stems, the soil grows poorer, and the tender shoots that hill sheep and red grouse depend on start to disappear. Leave it be, and pollution-fed grasses move in and the purple moor goes to rank grassland.
A controlled burn resets it. The fire returns those trapped nutrients to the ground as ash, and the fresh heather draws them straight back up, greener and better able to hold out through drought and winter.
The fear that fire wrecks the ground? The same study looked into it. The topsoil's organic matter came through intact, and the soil kept the deep acidity heather needs.
This is the work gamekeepers and hill farmers have done for generations, one careful patch at a time. Now there are numbers behind it.
