Therefore, contrary to dragons, which symbolize royalty, dominance and power, the Qilin suits Lando's character more, in my opinion

[Logan_pigeon @Pigeon_Logan]

Qilin is an interesting mythological creature, it looks like a mix of creatures and is known for its kindness. The legend said that they got horns and hooves but only for protecting and never attack others. Qilin can only be spotted when a kingdom is at its finest time.

My 814s homie and I pulling out “but actually ☝️🤓…” when ppl say the creatures on Lando’s helmet are dragons 😭 they are not Dragons but Qilins sorry for being a party pooper

[Logan_pigeon @Pigeon_Logan]

@ln4norris Hi Ray, the creature looks like dragon but they are actually “Qilin”, they got shorter body and longer limbs, and is a symbol of luck, protection and intelligence, just like the artists said in latest video on LN4 !

[Logan_pigeon @Pigeon_Logan]

@landoscarrera Oops, I mean shorter body and * proportionally longer limbs.

[Logan_pigeon @Pigeon_Logan]

@landoscarrera The creature on Lando’s helmet is actually Qilin, they look like dragon but got shorter body and legs. It symbolizes protection and intelligence (as the artists said in the inspiro video on Ln4 ) but the subtitle somehow mistakenly transcribes “Qilins” to “Chillies” lol

Hear from the local Peranakan artists who brought their ideas and heritage to life on Lando’s Singapore GP helmet this weekend 🪷

It’s a shame to see a Taiwanese legislator using dehumanizing terms to indicate artists and cultural workers.
And she did so just to justify the removal of cultural budget of the year.

@ln4disco 🙏Thanks for the info !
