So, House Leadership races are left to the members to decide… before I even launched my candidacy & frankly as I was finalizing my resolve to fulfill the words of former First Lady @MichelleObama to “do something,” the media had already been fed information.

Communication is a strength of mine & frankly as I traveled the country, people have consistently complained about messaging. I’m wanting to assist my caucus & the country in reaching people where they are & fighting back in what is sure to be treacherous terrain as we enter the Trump Trifecta era. ✊🏾
