My luggage was delivered broken on Belt No. 4 at Mumbai T1 yesterday (27.06.26). Being told by the 6E staff Ms.Pooja, this is "normal during loading/unloading," is completely unacceptable and an irresponsible comment.
Please replace my damaged luggage asap!

Your people are deliberately standing at boarding gate to charge for hand luggage and once requested to send the bag for check in it’s a straight no as an answer one get
