@airtelindia Absurd policy by @airtelindia@Airtel_Presence. You only keep payment receipts in the app for 12 months. If a customer needs older receipts (e.g., 2024) for legal/tax compliance, your system completely fails them. Why are receipts not emailed automatically? 🧵👇
