@_pradeep_hegde @ArunBee Just as you signed up for paying for cancellation, the driver did too. If he wants to cancel, he should forfeit, not you. The problem is not the passenger, but driver. At least wrt cancel. There are many pax issues, but now we are discussing cancellation problem and not pax issue

@ArunBee We have all kind of regulations. Why not these simple regulations? cancellation of a ride will be penalised, arrival delay will be penalised, both for the driver and the passenger. Doesn't need to be a hefty fine, just a small one with seamless process
