On the streets of San Francisco, I met this really cool researcher going to NeurIPS from @smallest_AI who is working on the intersection between speech models and gravitational lensing!

1. Speech Research Scientist - Someone who has a deep understanding of speech, audio, either through academia or industrial experience with published papers in top-tier conferences

2. GPU Wizard - Someone who understands compute really well and can work on inference optimization of the architecture, kernel etc.

3. Devrel - Ideally a Stanford, Berkeley graduate with strong technical fundamentals and an EXTREME extrovert

4. Founders Office - Ideally, previous experience with Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, and/or an MBA from a tier 1 US university

We pay top dollar with salaries ranging from 200-400K base + ESOPs and we move extremely fast.
