Our collaboration with @STiJO_EZ and the Epoch Zero team has evolved from a close relationship to a unified vision. We're convinced they represent one of the IOTA ecosystem pinnacles of innovation and execution across product development, marketing, communication, and strategic direction, and our longstanding, close public engagement with them underscores this belief. With a shared vision for the future of TangleSwap and the broader web3 landscape, combined with their comprehensive product lineup and unmatched expertise, we're excited to entrust our venture to such esteemed leaders in the space.

The convergence of the Epoch Zero and TangleSwap communities heralds an era of unprecedented synergy. This merger not only blends the strengths of our respective DeFi dApps but also paves the way for a seamless integration of NFTs and DeFi innovations. The fusion of these domains erases traditional growth limitations, creating an ideal platform to harness the full potential of both the IOTA and Cardano ecosystems. This change in leadership and organizational infrastructure will highly benefit TangleSwap holders through the vast world opportunities that open up through the addition of a new set of products to ''the suite'', that complement quite well the current offering, a fresh, and extremely capable, dynamic team. More importantly, it won't signify dilution or harm in any way to existing holders — all the opposite, will increase utility, liquidity, development speed, and opportunities for the protocol. Furthermore, for the next months, we will be working side by side with Stijo during this transition process ensuring that the process goes as smoothly as possible.

This transition evokes a mix of emotions for us. Reflecting on the past three years brings to mind a journey replete with challenges, relentless dedication, and overcoming adversity in an unpredictable and often unforgiving environment. Yet, it's a journey that has been equally rewarding, filled with invaluable lessons, remarkable achievements, and the unwavering support of the best community a protocol could hope for. However, recognizing the necessity for evolution—driven in part by recent market dynamics—has led us to embrace the need for change. This move is not just about facing the need for change; it's about seizing the opportunity to ensure the enduring legacy and advancement of TangleSwap. We're stepping into this new chapter with great anticipation for what the future holds, confident in the knowledge that TangleSwap is in the most capable hands.
