Self-reliance in engines is critical for India. Pinaka’s MRO of Gas Turbine Engines for Russian-origin weapons systems and indigenisation of several components has significantly increased uptime and operational readiness of the Indian Army and Air Force.
Pinaka Aerospace has been built assiduously by a highly committed leadership. Thanks for featuring our founder, Radhika. She epitomises love, grit, tenacity needed to build a strong woman-led company, grow leaders of the future, develop fantastic products putting customers first.
1/ In 2007, Radhika P transitioned from her scientist role at DRDO to start Pinaka Aerospace (@PinakaAero), providing cutting-edge solutions for the defence and #aerospace sector.
This comprehensive solution from Pinaka takes the concept of operations (CONOPS) and provides ability to control, manipulate, interpret, categorize and exploit sensor data - a process critical to the design of airborne surveillance systems.
3/3
Pinaka’s Mission Systems Integration Rig facilitates the development, integration, testing and evaluation of mission avionics of airborne surveillance systems. This allows the D&D efforts finalize system architectures for all airborne surveillance systems.

@PinakaAero , a ZETWERK company, built & installed the Mission System Integration Rig for DRDO's AEW&CS on the Embraer EJ-145 used for mission planning, boosting India's defense capabilities. #Zetwerk#MaximizeManufacturing#AerospaceandDefense Visit: https://t.co/zuuK1SV2Bi
The system includes software models of sensors, environment simulators, end-to-end system integration facility for avionics, record and playback, ability to inject signals, sophisticated analysis tools, etc.
2/3
This is a big step forward in the modernization of the Indian Army’s mechanized forces.
Pinaka’s Transmission Control Unit, sitting at the very heart of the engine horsepower enhancement for the BMP-2, is ready!
1/4
Transmission for tracked vehicles is a complex power train with integrated functions of rectilinear motion, turning, and braking. Pinaka's TCU provides automatic and controlled gear change under load - a new concept of transmission control for high-speed tracked vehicles.
4/4
Transmission System delivers engine power at optimal torque and speed at the sprockets and provides steering and braking function. This needs a very complex system of sensors, actuators and algorithms given the complex terrain and environment - but squarely in Pinaka's zone!
3/4
Pinaka's Data Acquisition System for the TWT is the single most crucial part in realizing its goals. It measures aerodynamic forces, pressure/temperature distribution, heat flux, strain/deformation, flow visualizations, etc.
The future of space vehicle design is here!
4/4
Honorable PM Modi inaugurated the Trisonic Wind Tunnel at @isro’s VSSC today. At 160m, it is a true giant, and will help ISRO test and validate space vehicle designs. We at @PinakaAero-@Zetwerk are very proud to have designed and developed the Data Acquisition System for it. 1/4
The primary purpose of a trisonic wind tunnel is to study and analyze the aerodynamic behavior of objects such as aircraft, missiles, or in this case, space launch vehicles which experience a range of speeds during their flight. 3/4
Apart from contributions to Tejas-LCA's ground support ecosystem by way of testers, training simulators, etc., Pinaka's Undercarriage Display Unit (UCDU) that can be a critical element of cockpit instrumentation is ready for deployment for the naval variant!

Okay one more: We at @PinakaAero have worked on projects at IPRC and VSSC, both having contributed to the Chandrayaan mission. I sent out congratulatory messages to senior leadership there. Uniformly they’ve responded that success is a function of ISRO’s collab with pvt industry!
VR technologies dramatically improve delivery of effective training - from operational readiness to equipment maintenance.
Pinaka’s VR-enabled maintenance simulators are a key element in the maintenance philosophy of the Tejas-LCA and @IAF_MCC’s Tejas squadron formations.
