My day job is school psychologist. I love pinball, animals, writing, road trips, and other stuff. I need to use Twitter more. Instagram me at pinballmomkag
@michellecyca Yeah, I agree. I was feeling better but still unwell on Day 10 and still testing positive. I “could have” gone back to work in the school system and spread it to kids and staff since the protocol said I could come back after 5 days and feeling better and retesting not needed.
@michellecyca I think many in our family are especially perceptive to tastes and texture changes in our favourite foods and snacks, don’t you? Is it a gift or a curse?
@TalentTime No surprise that I always have “tachycardia/elevated heart rate” during EKG due to my medical anxiety. Anyways, sounds like you do deserve a “Good Job” sticker for sure.
@stevecbc@michaelgeller We are in a similar situation. I still live in the family home in Burnaby that my now young-adult kids grew up in. Even with starter incomes higher than what I earn after 30 years in the school system, there is no way they can buy a “starter home” or “fixer upper” in this ‘hood.
@tamarataggart I agree. Parenting a child (now a young adult) with exceptionalities continues to be an eye-opener. We have met very kind people along the way but the systemic red tape strangles us sometimes.
