We had an arts and crafts session yesterday where we all got into the festive spirit and made some Christmas decorations. Lots of fun and we can hang them up around the home this Christmas. 🎄

It was 'National Men's Day' last week and lots of our gentlemen sat down for a celebratory lunch! Residents were joined by staff members for a fish and chip dinner, a few beers and lots of laughs! #nationalmensday

What a moving surprise this week for Annette as she is reunited with her daughter after two years! Her daughter has been living in America and has been unable to come to the UK. It's lovely to see families re-united! ❤️

We had a very relaxing morning today in our activities room, some of our ladies and gentlemen were enjoying some puzzles while others participated in some arts and crafts!

We all enjoy our quizzes when we work in teams, so today we sat down for a big quiz! Lots of great answers and it was very close, but today the Blue team won!

We had our Remembrance Day service this weekend with a lot of our ladies and gentlemen in attendance. We had prayers and the 'Last Post' played on the Clarinet we also observed the 2 minutes silence at 11am.

This morning we had a nice relaxing activity in our café with a word game. We all put our heads together to try to solve the problem, fueled by some tea and cake just to help with the concentration 😂

The putting matt was back out again this week. Our ladies and gentlemen have really enjoyed using it and keep asking for another go so it has become a regular activity. I think they are secretly practising for the Ryder Cup..!

We had some special visitors at Pine Martin Grange over the Halloween weekend. It was lovely to have some trick or treaters and all our ladies and gentlemen loved seeing their outfits! #Halloween

We all sat down last week for a creative art session, making and painting masks for Halloween! We will make sure we wear them to scare off any trick or treaters 😂

Last weekend to kick off our Halloween celebrations we had a pumpkin carving session! Our ladies and gentlemen made some very spooky designs and loved reminiscing about doing this as a child and with their children!

Today we had a few games of table football on the foosball table! Everyone had a brilliant time saying it had taken them back to when they were very young boys playing with their friends. It drew in quite a crowd!

Everyone had their dancing shoes on for some entertainment this afternoon! We were treated to songs throughout the decades and the rhythm certainly caught our ladies and gentlemen who boogied away the afternoon! 👩‍🎤💃

We held our weekly service this morning with some lovely prayers and hymns. There is always a fantastic turnout and it's a real favourite with our ladies and gentlemen!
