I leveraged my TikTok audience of 8M+ followers to introduce new users to Ronin, bridging mainstream audiences into Web3 through direct, community rooted conversation.

TikTok remains one of the highest-leverage onboarding channels in LATAM. Millions of users are curious about emerging technology and receptive when the message comes through creators they organically connect with.

Now that we have POD up and running, the next step is to work on the honor system.

The idea is to have a system of builders, collectors, players, and asset holders that feed back into each other with the system benefitting the network and its value.

For example, one way to make the system sybill proof is to take into account user reputation for a builder's growth score.

Here's how I see the honor system benefiting the Ronin eco.

- Ronin users have a new challenge: improve your honor.

Now how do we achieve that? Just like PoD this system would be tied to your activity on Ronin. This should be both on and off chain.

This brings more value to the eco over time

- It gives users a reputation through Ronin Profiles. I see people showing off their badge of honor.

- It can boost activity across games on Ronin. We saw this with Ronin Arcade

Some key questions to figure out:
- How do we use the Honor System to attract new users to Ronin?
- How do we avoid people gaming the system?

look around at the other competitors to ronin.

we aren't struggling in a vacuum. imx down from $5b mc to $118m since 2024 mar. others similar.

i believe when the winds shift in a few months, things will feel a lot different.

gradually at first, then suddenly.

will we go back to $4? i don't know.

but can we rip multiples from here when it gets hot again? can the dex and market start doing volume and producing better revenues for the treasury? can a rotation of liquidity attract developers, gamers, users?

during these parts of the cycle, people tend to exaggerate to the downside and predict the end. i'm not as pessimistic. i've seen us come back enough times to know we're not down for the count.

ronin as a blockchain is solid. ronin as a wallet is solid. we still have the strongest gaming community in crypto. L2s are very viable if they can develop a culture, a community, a differentiator, a way to add unique value to their user archetype.

many have written ronin off. not me.

i believe ronin will win.

🧭 @SkyMavisHQ just confirmed it: @AxieInfinity Homeland is shutting down and Terrariums V1 goes live on June 17.

For Argentina, that means 4AM.

Terrariums is Axie’s new Land system:
Activate Land → Assign Axies → Spend Lunium every Tick → Earn $bAXS if active.

A Tick = 1 hour.

🔥 Two concepts matter most:

⚡ Lunium = the energy your Land spends to compete for $bAXS.
🔥 Atia’s Flame = your Axie power.
Rewards are not fixed.

Your $bAXS depends on your Land tier, your Axies, your Flame, and the total Flame competing in that same tier.

The Proof Of Distribution (POD) leaderboard is LIVE!

Every month, 416 K RON is distributed to Ronin builders based on their builder score which calculates their:

• Gas spend
• Active users holding > 10 RON
• New users holding > 10 RON
• NFT and dex volume
• Smart contract volume

The metrics and weighting for the builder score calculation was done via an AI-powered analysis of the metrics that most align with $RON's success.

This scoring mechanism will be an evolving process and will be adjusted based on the behaviors we observe.

Most importantly, we want to make sure Ronin builders are aligned and incentivized to bring real metrics and activity to Ronin.

there need to be more reasons to buy and hold ronin:native

when ronin was an L1, users/validators staked their RON to secure the network. in exchange, they were given tokens. this was a use case... staking RON meant you were securing the network.

that no longer exists.

in terms of RON use cases, we went from:

- secure the network
- use as gas to transact
- medium of exchange (money, buy and sell things)

to:

- use as gas to transact
- medium of exchange (money, buy and sell things)
- governance (where?)

i believe it's important we continue to build meaningful and worthy use cases into RON under Ronin's new L2 design.

- make governance real (build out/refine complete governance framework/system - discussion, proposals, voting, process)

- buy/burn $ron with 20% of daily inflows (builds value accrual)

- build out ronin honor where users who buy/hold $ron for sustained periods of time and spend/generate treasury inflows are rewarded with $ron

- more transparency on what it costs to run and maintain Ronin and where those dollars to keep the network running come from/how those dollars are intermingled with SM and Axie. we have been asked to trust a black box, investors aren't clear on financials/runway, and it leads to a lot of investor ambiguity. as a public blockchain, this is important information for investors to know and see. we need to rebuild trust and build value alignment into the RON token.
