@__0HOUR1_@animalfarmnow Id like to see if he had any trusts, and theres where the smart ones hide their money bc not even the IRS or SEC can peek in those. Any way to see if he had any trusts set up? Thats what I want to know.
Not small minded, not a bigot. Just not upset over a word. You need to chill & dont say it if you dont want to. But, dont tell others what to say or not. Stop being offended at everything under the sun. Gay in this sense means stupid. There are such things as homonyms. Oh no! Homo-nym! Thats prolly gonna stick in your craw too. Lol. Let people do as they see fit. Its not an insult to gay people. I have no issue with gay people. But I will continue to call things gay that I think are stupid. Get over it.
@JeffreyHonX@TRHLofficial I hear you. However, nothing ever came of any of them for me. No civil judgements, they cant prove who is driving so no points on a license, & the photo tells you its not evidence on the letter ticket they send. My oldest was 6 years ago - not a thing happened. I just trash them.
@JamesPowerz2@Roney_Jesse@TRHLofficial Yup, you dont call them, respond, nor contract with them in any way. Ive never had a problem just trashing them myself.
@Roney_Jesse@JamesPowerz2@TRHLofficial Ive ignored a good many of those. In my area they say "this is not evidence" where they show the photo of the car. I have nothing on my record and no civil judgements against me. Not a thing. Maybe I got lucky. But theres nothing there & I got the 1st one about 6 years ago.
@ugly_cowboy@__0HOUR1_ I noticed the raging! Apologies for the delay in response. Agree w all you said. I just dont get why ppl dont search things to find out why before screaming online about a nonexistent issue. Baffles me still. Lol! Prelim is very different. Willfull ignorance abounds. Ugh.
@CaraWakefi58868@__0HOUR1_ They did allow that when the defense made any claims against Erika or the family as a whole. But it wasn't a ton. And their attorneys definitely aren't prosecuting it. About the robust prelim - I noticed lol! Its a bit overboard, but I also get the due diligence w death penalty.
@CinemaShogun@AlaskaBird__@discernactivate Tweak Squad fits well too! So glad he got a just punishment! Interested to hear the punitive damages too! Time reveals all truths, and more often than not the offenders (like Scamdace and Ryan) get their just due.
Every state and local election official is on notice โ knowingly encouraging noncitizens to vote or conspiring to fraudulently register noncitizens is a federal crime. The @CivilRights Division is ready to help with compliance as American citizens deserve free and fair elections!
New Jersey middle school forced kids to learn Islamic conversion, recite the Shahada, and praise Muhammad for killing nonbelievers.
The case is headed to the Supreme Court.
This is Islamic indoctrination in American public schools.
@ViserionRex1@__0HOUR1_ It doesnt. The Kirk's did not hire the prosecuting attorneys. They are County District Attorneys. You never get to hire a prosecuting attorney in a criminal case. Thats only if you are the defendant. Civil trials allow both parties to hire attorneys. This is not civil it criminal
@MrAndrewBernard@__0HOUR1_ These prosecutors are State or County prosecutors. In homicide, or any criminal trial, the victim's family does NOT get to hire the lawyers that prosecute the accused. These are County DAs prosecuting Charlie's accused killer, just like Karmelo had Colin County DAs prosecute him.
@ugly_cowboy@__0HOUR1_ Im really surprised seeing so many that dont know this, plus it only takes a quick search to find out. Also, surprising so many either dont understand or purposefully ignore that these are preliminary hearings, aka pre-trial, & not the trial. Different rules in these than trial
@CaraWakefi58868@__0HOUR1_ Yes, you are correct. Im w yall totally on Tyler Robinson getting the full slap of the justice he deserves. But, I am surprised that so many dont realize you dont get to hire attorneys to try homicide/criminal trials. Plus its super easy to confirm/find out w a 2 second search.
@__0HOUR1_ They are doing great & the judge is great too! Hes not hired by the family though. Prosecutions dont work like that. You get County or State District Attorneys. Im sure Erika & his parents have a great attorney representing them, but, they arent the ones prosecuting the case.
@june2dcruz@EricLDaugh This is a preliminary hearing. Not the trial. This is all Pre-trial stuff. No doubt he will be called as a witness and the defense will be able to cross examine, that is what the trial is for. This is merely preliminary, aka pre-trial, this is not the trial, huge difference.
Sorry for the delay in answer, I didnt check back til now. Thats strange. Ive gotten 2 for speeding here, though not anything seriously over. It says on the document photo(s) they sent me "this is not evidence", said it on both of mine I received. They only showed a photo of the tag and you could not see in their photo of the front of the car who was driving. Its impossible for them to prove, at least in my case, who was even driving in both of my "tickets". Ive never gotten any kind of hit to my credit score over it nor has my license ever been suspended. The last one I got was about 3 years or so ago. Thats good to know. Thanks also for the extra information! I appreciate it! Could it maybe be a difference in companies or cities and their protocols? I would think with an officer not witnessing the infraction, it would be tantamount to hearsay. Thats just my thought though. For reference I am northeast of Birmingham a bit. Thanks again for the extra info!
@Roney_Jesse@TRHLofficial An officer doesnt ever sign off on it, at least here in Bama they dont. Legally it would be hearsay because the officer did not witness it. The pic of the car literally says "This is not evidence" on them in Bama too. Dont pay them, they have no recourse.
