John O’Rourke, 27 years, has breached his licence conditions following his release after serving a sentence for Class A drug dealing.

He is described as 5ft 5in tall, medium build, brown short hair and hazel-coloured eyes.

O’Rourke has links with Liverpool and St Helens areas.
