@addygoffline I would aim for around 1200 calories a day! You’ll lose 20 pounds plus stay in a safe range. I’d also add in walking 10k steps a day! The best diet plan is one you’ll stick to, so don’t push yourself to the point of starvation or else you’ll just binge eat all the cals back.
@addygoffline How old are you I forgot that’s a factor, I put it at 18 as a base. Right now using your age as 18 your bmr to maintain your current weight is 2361 cals anything less you would be actively losing. In order to lose even 50 pounds in 2 months you’d be required to eat -518 calories.
