My research indicates that aging is essentially a genetic program driven by telomeres and rDNA through the P53 pathway, rather than the accumulation of damage. From the perspective of first principles, the lifespan of species is determined by the shortening rate of telomere and rDNA arrays.

Moreover, in my hypothesis, I speculated that the rejuvenation mechanism of hESCs and hiPSCs does not originate from epigenetic reprogramming, but is due to the significant increase in the length of telomere DNA arrays and 45S rDNA arrays, which has also been confirmed by experiments.

This theory not only explains the aging mechanisms behind the vast lifespan differences among different species but also points the way for the development of truly effective “reverse-aging” therapies—restoring cells to a youthful state by lengthening telomeres and rDNA arrays.

I have a content idea for @MrBeast in partnership with @duolingo

Have 1 contestant isolated for 10,000 hours (166 days) to learn a completely new language. They win when they can have a full-blown conversation in that language at the end of or before the 10,000 hours end. You can determine the Prize Money.

In the beginning, the contestant would be investigated to verify they don't have any prior knowledge of some foreign languages.

They will spin a wheel to pick a random language they're going to attempt learning.

Every week, there will be mini challenges to show what they have learnt.
Eg: If the contestant is learning Italian, there can be a full restaurant setup where the menu, waiter etc speak only Italian and the contestant would order and speak the language as a test.
Another week, they can be given a task to ask for directions to a hidden treasure only by speaking that language or reading instructions in that language.

The final test is to travel to the country whose language they learnt, live there for 24 hours, and speak ONLY THAT LANGUAGE.
