Reduce number of spawns per map. Raids feel much better with less players later in the wipe.

BTR call in will let people stay in raid longer, the call in device has a high end item requirements to recharge, both have cooldowns. It’s all achievable via quests and it affect people who play 100s of hours anyway.

Now poor quest design is an issue for sure. You can’t get banned for sharing your opinion. You can however get banned for reasons listed in the tos :)
