@cecililytweets It may be a shallow analysis, but this seems to happen with all forms of trans and queer women. Whether its women with heavily and intentionally implied or event textual romance and without fail people will say "omg its insane women can't be friends anymore I hate shippers"

This drama is could have been a couple of ratios and pointed tweets, but instead we have to have to our moral Twitter grandstanding, against someone attempting to help with an open source resource in a less than than ideal way, as opposed to some drama slop tuber. 4/4

What I don't understand about this drama is that it could have stopped at the thumbnail and title, and a few screenshots of the website memeing it, but for whatever reason people disingenuously argued that blisy has this insane ego and is "putting down others in the community"1/4

The video itself calmly covers the frustrations that motivated the project in the first place.

Liking and using serebii, doesn't justify harassing someone who criticized it.

Furthermore, I found it particularly funny to claim "cant have an ego when you don't have experience" when once again, in the video itself blisy jokes about him having little html experience outside of high-school and not being prepared to do this on his own, but yeah man ego 3/4

Rarely tweet out but the poketwt drama today made me so sad. I used to make vids making guides from open source written docs as well, and seeing a youtuber thats inspired me get absolutely dogged and brigaded for a disingenuous interpretation of his open source project kills me😓
