@AsdaServiceTeam Thanks, but I sorted it myself in the end. However, if customers are unable to phone the stores, then the social media team really needs to respond far quicker! Why we can’t phone and speak to someone in store is ridiculous.

@BensonsHelp Sorry, there’s no point seeing as it takes 3-4 days to get a reply via DM, but we’re now getting a refund - your website is incorrect as it’s saying the item will be delivered within 19 days, but your team doesn’t know when it’s available, even though we bought ours early July...
@BensonsForBeds We’ve previously been told everyone is working in your call centre team, so why is no one answering or why won’t the system put us on hold? Even the stores aren’t able to fast track to get through. Appalling and zero customer service.
