Strongly condemn the sealing of Jamia Masjid on the auspicious night of Shab E Barat. This is gross interference in religious matters.
This religious practice has gone on unhindered for hundreds of years. And faithfuls wait for this auspicious occasion to congregate.
In the last thirty years, a new practice has creeped in where, in the name of law and order restrictions are placed on religious events and occasions. This has become chronic in the last five years.
Let us hope and pray good old days when there nobody would dare interfere in our religious occasions— come back again.
