@Kizuikki I feel the same - I'd much rather 𝘯𝘰𝘵 get a message for all the roles I didn't land. Reading them all would be pretty depressing lol😅

Wishing you and your team all the best with production - have fun! 🥰

[𝓐𝓷𝓷𝓪 | VA 🎙️✨ @Pisarkanna]

@Kizuikki Speaking as a VA of 4+ years, it's standard and expected to not get a message when not cast - directors don't have time to message each and every applicant! No need to haunt, better to spend that time on new auditions 👍

Congrats to those who got the roles! 🥳

It's finally starting to feel like spring 🌸

[𝓐𝓷𝓷𝓪 | VA 🎙️✨ @Pisarkanna]

@kat_loveland Agreed 😩

[𝓐𝓷𝓷𝓪 | VA 🎙️✨ @Pisarkanna]

@kat_loveland If Upwork wanted to change rates for new folks going forward, that's one thing, but they chose to specifically target site veterans with the double fee increase. Not sure how losing the top earners benefits them, but they've lost my trust and will soon lose my business 🤷‍♀️

[𝓐𝓷𝓷𝓪 | VA 🎙️✨ @Pisarkanna]

@kat_loveland I don't think it was AI related, but Upwork is doubling the fee for long-term, mid and high tier freelancers on the platform. Anyone who has been using the site for larger projects will now lose twice as much in fees to Upwork.
