@johnnyryan Moreover, each year we look for national cases from the past 1-2 years; cases that fit into the programme of the Seminar which is designed in response to the demands of the national judges and NRAs who participated in the event and who provide their feedback and suggestions.

@johnnyryan Are you aware of the type of cases discussed during the Seminar? 5G spectrum actions, access to telecom networks, etc. It is all about the enforcement of EU telecom regulatory framework at the national level before national courts.
