زمانی که پیکر امیرحسین را در کهریزک پیدا کردند و تحویل گرفتند، آثار گسترده ضرب‌وجرح و شکنجه روی بدن او دیده می‌شد.
صورت و بخش‌های مختلف بدنش به‌شدت کبود بود و آثار شکستگی در فک، بینی و شانه‌هایش مشاهده می‌شد.
بر روی بازوی امیرحسین تصویر رضاشاه و نماد تاجگذاری خالکوبی شده بود. ماموران این قسمت از بازوی او را بریده و بخشی از پوست و گوشت دستش را از بین برده بودند.
همچنین خالکوبی نام ایران روی گلوی امیرحسین بوده شاهدان گفتند آثار فشار بند کفش بر گردن او مشاهده شد.
