I paid ₹4,000 for RO order, but the machine was never delivered. After multiple calls, customer service confirmed the order was cancelled and promised a refund. It's been 2 weeks, and I have neither received the product nor the refund.@Livpure_India @LivpureSmart @rkkaulsr
